      Collaborative people in every department Owner promotes and welcomes open communication Transparency with internal messaging Updating and purchasing of new and innovative equipment Incredibly talented and knowledgeable team Great benefits and PTO program

      None to speak of as the negative people have weeded themselves out of the company.

      Pros

      Learn from many different people. In the summer can get 40hrs/week despite it being slow in business in the valley and can learn different boards and set up/learn different pieces of equipment

      Cons

      Disorganized and no optimized efficiency of online systems. Not enough communication between higher ups and it trickles down into issues the technicians must then deal with or formulate contingencies for.
