There is little to no pros to working for this company and it’s shonky owner.
Cons
Having worked here for over 2 years I quickly found out the owner was abusive, he didn’t care for his employees and in many cases actually had it out to abuse them both emotionally and financially.. in the short space of being there I had witnessed over 10 staff come and go.. & there’s only 5 working positions within the small company. The owner will try and convince you that the company is doing well and if you join he will pay commissions on sales and you’ll be able to rise up the ranks (which there are none) and provide you with further empty promises to keep stringing you along. The company is dead in the water mostly due to the owner burning all their bridges with customers, clients, staff and industry professionals. Please what ever you do, consider my review and stay as far away from this company as possible, it will be the best decision if your life. You are probably wondering why I took a moment to write this and to be honest I wasn’t going to, because I’m just glad I’ve moved on to a supportive company, and then I thought I wish I had seen something like this that warned me before joining such a toxic workplace.
