Pros
1) Free pork and alcohol for consumption - owner(indian) likes to drink. 2) Can come in to work after lunch - no door access tracking(owner stingy to fix door).
Cons
1) Expect to always work ad hoc - operation environment -24/7 as owner likes to try new things and always change mind. 2) Owner always blame staff/use them as scape goat infront of other share holders. 3) Promise heaven and earth - even sign contract, will never keep promise. So as IT head and extreme low salary, hard to keep teams morale high.
