Pros

- Great work/life balance - let you have your weekends and nights offline - Quarterly remote company events for team building - A growing company with a lot of cool, fun brands on their roster - Very diverse culture - Management team is very hands-on/in the trenches & willing to help - NO MICRO-MANAGEMENT! Huge plus! Very big on accountability - Good at praising accomplishments, recognizing wins, celebrating successes, and having fun - Great transparency! They do a great job of communicating everything that is going on within the company(good, bad, etc.) - Very open & receptive to feedback, providing constructive criticism, sharing knowledge - Separation of roles is exceptional. They want you to focus 100% of your job & tasks, and not be pulled away or distracted by pointless meetings - Excellent organization - use of ClickUps for tasks/deadlines helps keep everyone & everything on the same page. - Monthly Caroo snack boxes!

Cons

- A smaller company so sometimes you may be working on a lot of things at one time

Pros

The company was originally built on a solid partnership with high-caliber talent. Under the initial four-partner structure, it was an excellent place to grow, offering a stable environment and clear direction.

Cons

- Despite claims of being industry experts, management lacks basic advertising competence. Strategy is outsourced to AI, leading to repetitive, ineffective campaigns. - Communication is non-existent, and direction changes on a whim. Leadership refuses to listen to the experts they hire, making collaboration impossible. - Significant issues with misogyny and a total lack of cultural diversity. The office is divided by politics and "silo" mentalities. - Benefits, growth opportunities, and structural changes are often promised but never delivered.
