      Challenging Projects, Companies' projects can provide employees with engaging work and the employees always are occupied with work

      Cons

      High Workload. Micromanagement can hinder creativity and autonomy in your work. Poor Work-Life Balance, Companies with long hours and rigid schedules may affect your personal life and overall well-being. Company culture that doesn't align with my values and work style leading to dissatisfaction.

      Gained experience working in a fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Workload and expectations were difficult to sustain long term. You cannot say no working beyond working hr, holiday and weekend they will mark you negatively.
