      Great pay! Great company History!

      Cons

      Expect favoritism, a bit of racism (specifically at the Winnipeg Office) but you are good if you are pure white. If you are not Caucasian, don't bother applying in my opinion

      Really supportive Supervisor in the Repair shop that is focused on your growth.

      Cons

      Too many management levels to go through for approvals on ordering repair parts for the customers. Salary on the lower range compared to competition.
