Pros

Easy to grasp Work hard and you will advance quickly Fairly flexible scheduling You can earn the right to work from home

Cons

You'll start part-time It's soft collections, so you're not fighting with people, but get ready to be given a hard time on the phone. Training is not so good. Find an established person that knows what they are doing to ask questions. They often know more than the floor walker.

Pros

Laid back setting. Very nice break room. Interview process is very simple and you can get hired on permanently the same day. Training only last about two weeks. The dress attire is business casual. Employees were nice and cordial. If you quit or get fired you can easily get your job back if you really want it. It's a great job for college students or retired folks.

Cons

The company only offers part time work meaning you'll be lucky to work between 28-29 hours. You'll eventually become full time if you work hard but even then the pay doesn't increase. For training the pay is only $9/hr, afterwards it goes up to $10/hr and remains there unless you become apart of management or something higher up. The training is dreadfully boring and the systems are old and too complicated for the amount of money being paid. There's no overtime and you're required to work at least one day on the weekend.
