Flexible but your senior will make sure you never get to leave office on time. Saturday is working here so it becomes really hectic. Salary on time and they do consider genuine causes. Less office staff so bonding is good except a few people who really doing nothing except stopping the growth of the organisation.
Cons
No proper training. No particular cubicle to work you really have to keep shuffling , lots of work to do like they should hire more people on the basis of rewuirements. Six days working no growth in long run. No HR policy, no proper work enviornment or employee benefits. You are literally being bullied by seniors at the cost of whatever they are paying. Dont join unless you are hungry to do any job .
