Pros
I had a chance to work with several nationality in one project I could learn other professionalism like telecommunication what I could not experienced before I manage manage several third party which related to the project on the different way.
Cons
Too much traveling increased reduce work efficiently Harsh weather even in dark,sand storm,extreme temperature Because of different nationality has different sensitivity level which I had to considered.
