      Pros

      Laid back environment. Benefits are decent. They are extremely social and do lots for the employees.

      Cons

      Technology wise they are slightly behind but are in the process of upgrading systems.

      They work with large developers and you stay busy.

      Cons

      I found the work for the large developers a bit repetitive. I prefer large custom and remodel work.

      Pros

      They will hire people with little to no experience.

      Cons

      No pay increases or raises ever, only contribute 3% to retirement “if” they offer it to you, horrible insurance, very low pay, drastic difference between people that were hired before the investors purchased versus people hired after they took over. Management, HR etc are extremely rude and unprofessional as is a lot of the staff.
