      Pros

      Good place to build experience to get hired on at a major airline.

      Cons

      90% of workforce is from south or central America. many can't speak, read or understand the English language. Communication is often very hard to do. management is toxic, your only a number and look at ways to not promote or increase your wage. Not a place to build your long term career on. Get in and get out while you can.

      Great WORKERS that were a part of a previous company ATS bought out and the ruined

      Never in my 46 years of employment worked for a bigger bunch of baffoons. The people of ATS were great, especially the ones who transitioned from Texas Pneumatic Systems (TPS). But the clowns who purchased and run a once great and proud company into the ground were the worst of my working career. Never seen a bunch of idiots in my life
