      ATS offers health insurance and 401k matching plans.

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of professionalism, lack of respect from owner and GM, culture of underhandedness between employees, serious financial problems, payments to vendors are late/short or just never paid at all. The owner of the company tries to hire all younger employees in order to exploit personnel for low wages.

      Pros

      Well, they give you a pay check. Sometimes, when they feel like it. Although I have seen Clint try and barter with employees to trade items for their paycheck (he once told an employee he couldn’t pay him what was owed, but he would give him a used bicycle instead). I couldn’t make that up if I tried, and at the time I couldn’t help but laugh.
