This company's success is entirely owed to the people who work there. ATS has some of the most driven, honest, and thoughtful people I have ever worked with in my professional career.
Cons
Goal setting and back of house management slide due to the rapid pace of work. Twice per year reviews and raises became yearly or bi-yearly, promises of training and manpower had constantly shifting goalposts due to the workload on the business at any given moment.
