      Access to local and divisional leadership who listens and seems to care where I don't feel like a number. HR and management support whenever I need it and training for new managers. Creative and innovative projects and flexibility of teams.

      Cons

      Working on communication issues from past. Mostly remote teams causing some disconnect. Benefits could improve but seem bad everywhere.

      Dont work here. Management is horrible

      No resources to really help you do your job. They dont understand the basics of project management. No insight or goals set to help you suceed.
