ATR International has successfully served clients and candidates for more than 37 years, navigating multiple economic cycles, industry disruptions, and significant market changes. Sustaining a staffing and workforce solutions business over nearly four decades requires dedication, adaptability, strong client relationships, and the commitment of many talented employees who have contributed to our success.
We are particularly proud of our team members, many of whom have built long-term careers with ATR and have played an important role in helping us maintain lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Their professionalism and commitment are greatly valued.
The comments regarding leadership do not reflect the experience of many employees, clients, and business partners who work with our CEO, Andrea Brenholz. Andrea has been with ATR for nearly 20 years and has served as CEO for more than eight years. During that time, she has led the company through unprecedented challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and one of the most difficult staffing markets in recent history, while maintaining the company's commitment to its employees, clients, and candidates. While individuals may have differing opinions regarding leadership styles, it is important to note that Andrea Brenholz has been recognized by her peers throughout the staffing industry. She has served on the Boards of both the American Staffing Association and TechServe Alliance and was recently elected President of California Staffing Professionals. These leadership positions are a reflection of the respect and confidence placed in her by fellow staffing professionals and industry leaders.
Like any organization, we continually evaluate our processes, goals, and performance standards and are always looking for ways to improve. We welcome constructive feedback and regularly implement changes based on employee input. However, broad characterizations regarding leadership, company direction, or employee support do not accurately represent the experiences of many current and former team members.
