Pros

Remote work. Work life balance if you choose to. Was a good company to work few years back

Cons

Nepotism and favoritism is common. They give very high incentives (15% just in bonus) to Managers who does clerical work and just attend meetings. Half of them are not even fit for that position, mostly leads and developers do most of their tasks,. Top performers and skilled tech employees who go above and beyond just gets standard 3% hike . Only reward for good work and intelligence is more work. Company is top heavy. For every one person who really works there are 2 people managing . It is really sad that ATPCO was once a great place to work and had good Managers in the past but not any more. I will keep looking for opportunities outside

Pros

People are nice. Remote work.

Cons

It's dull - you'll have very little growth. People are comfortable doing the same thing they've done for years. There's very little going on. Pay is below industry average.
