5yWe appreciate your comments about working in a friendly work environment. This is the number one comment we receive from many current and past employees! To address your other comment, we are not a publicly traded company and are limited in what we could offer through a program like profit sharing and bonus pay but we make up for it with our robust 401K matching program.
