Pros
As a new employee, I find it quite refreshing in having an organization built on aviation fare management specialization. My matriculation into the Organization was one of learning and empowerment; with my team and senior officers. ATPCO leaders have built an inspirational vision backed by a strategic focus.
Cons
ATPCO's new evolution was overdue. Historically, successful businesses of the twentieth century was characterized as stable, predictable, and conforming ---this may have been the old. The new polar opposite is true now. ATPCO is now working towards the Organization's ability to remain in a state of instability, changeability, and non-conformity. This is the new ATPCO!
