      Salary was competitive. Free parking.

      Cons

      Unless you have worked there 20 years and know their language, the industry and codes inside and out, don't bother. New ideas not welcome. Expectations for perfection high. Communication poor. No accountability. Confusing direction.

      People are nice. Remote work.

      Cons

      It's dull - you'll have very little growth. People are comfortable doing the same thing they've done for years. There's very little going on. Pay is below industry average.
