Due to the remote work scenario, training sessions are conducted at team level rather than organizational level. We have gradually begun our pre-pandemic training calendar sessions.

      client dependent employment, no active project, no billing you can get laid off, but thats how consulting works

      Pros

      ATMECS will train people well coming out of schools and into their workforce, however many or most just use this after 9-12 months as a way to jump to a larger services company with better pay

      Cons

      embarassing to work hard and try to make things happen for customers when it gets dropped hard in delivery
