Regular schedule, time off benefits are good, managers are easy to work with
Cons
Raises are branded as “merit” when they are a low (1-2.5%) standard cost of living adjustment that relies on completing goals and manager reviews. Working hard and doing well doesn’t lead to much benefit other than praise. Client sites tend to expect high performance that employer doesn’t compensate for. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
