I have not experienced any issues worth listing as cons

The Executive team is supportive and communicative, and they genuinely care about their employees' growth and development. I feel valued and appreciated in my role and am given the autonomy to make decisions and drive change within the organization. Overall, I am proud to be a part of this company and am excited to see where my career with them will take me.

It is a fast-paced environment. However, it keeps you energized and motivated, where time flies by and at the end of the day, you feel a sense of fulfillment and accomplishment for all that you've achieved.
