      Pros

      Sales and sales management group is great. Constantly trying new strategies

      Mom and Pop company/ mentality, with accounting as a separate facility physically isolated from sales. No communication and shoot from the hip bi-polar shotgun approach by uninformed upper management. They blindside you selectively to have something over you with the, we have people that let us know... more like random accounting people that wonder in and snoop around in sales department.

      Weekly pay and working for aerospace was the only cool thing about this position

      The shop was clicked up with older white gentleman and being a person of Hispanic background it was obvious i stuck out like a sore thumb... coworkers and supervisor made it quite obvious i wasn't welcome since day one..most people in the shop keep to themselves and won't like anyone asking for help from my experience at the company. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone not white .
