      Stable Environment, Good Relationship with Mutli-national Shipping Lines, In addition to Direct Contact with M&R Supervisor and Customers.

      Cons

      - Low & Undermining Salary - No Apparent "Ladder" to Climb in the Position itself. - Unhealthy Bureaucratic Environment & Higher Management.

      Pros

      Good solid place to work in West Wales from a salary, benefits prospective but...

      Cons

      Whilst trust and empowerment is promoted the real environment is one of bullying and control which stems from the CEO. Again lots of customer focused communications but senior management and seemingly board members are only concerned with external appearance for regulator and not actually providing a good service to customers.

      lots of issues, its a who you know place of work with people only getting jobs if you know the right person.
