- company is so cheap that you'd be hard pressed to find even office supplies for your duties. Cost cutting measures have been taken to the next level that even softwares and tools that you need for your job are unavailable because licenses are "too expensive", and inefficient workarounds are forced down on you. - management is terrible. Not only do they not show appreciation for hard work, they also dont provide raises and opportunities to move up. Working hard is meaningless here. - it's all about optics in this company and you have crazy clock-watching here. You have to make sure that you put in EXACTLY 7.5 / 8 hours every single day, otherwise you will get in trouble. - this company has been a revolving door over the last few years because people are extremely unhappy, and with cause.

Regimented management style (to the book). Not very flexible with working hours or schedule. Business strategy seems outdated. Procedure and protocol above all else.
