      steady hours, over time, gain share, fair compensation, above average paid vacation, very good benefits, good internal training and internal growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Strict attendance, mandatory over time, wage cap per position, dim lighting, consecutive 12 hour shifts, Off set shifts do not allow all company employees to attend company functions.
