      Pros

      Working with many technologies daily, Always changing. Policies Changed weekly, You never knew if you where doing the right thing or not. NOTHING was ever documented!! it was always word of mouth in order to protect management.

      Cons

      Direct Management promises the world, But never delivers. Once hired I heard stories of Senior engineers never making it more than 2 years because managers never promote or give increases. Will string you along with excuses after excuses. After leaving AT-NET I had more 7 former employees reach out to me with the same complaints. Policies Changed weekly, You never knew if you where doing the right thing or not. NOTHING was ever documented!! it was always word of mouth in order to protect management.

They are always looking for exceptional and talented people who are diverse in thought and perspective and do not shy away from challenges to join their team. They roll their sleeves up, work hard, move fast, and support each other. They help their employees, give meaningful challenges, and make it worthwhile to the employee, wherever their career takes them—a great workplace.

      Cons

      Employees are expected to work towards goals. People content with status-quo, mediocrity is not accepted.
