Pros

There was a lot of room to grow as a new Network Engineer with opportunities that other companies would probably never give you. They also helped pay for some Cisco Certifications and even gave a bonus at the time I worked for pursing Certifications. The communication was ok, weekly engineering or support service webex so even if your in one of the remote offices you do have an idea of whats going on with the company as a whole.

Cons

There is really high turnover. The wages could be more, but it was a rather stable environment so that is a bonus. I know one of case of one of the Network Engineers going to work for Cisco since they offered to pay him $20k more. I was there for over two years and saw several people come and go during my time, which for being a small company is saying a lot. I think that can lead people to think something is wrong. I don't really think that is the case, IT you can make more money and people are just leaving for more money. Good place to get experience in my opinion and the people were friendly.

Pros

ATNET provides innovative technology and outstanding customer service to its business customers. They are always looking for exceptional and talented people who are diverse in thought and perspective and do not shy away from challenges to join their team. They roll their sleeves up, work hard, move fast, and support each other. They help their employees, give meaningful challenges, and make it worthwhile to the employee, wherever their career takes them—a great workplace.

Cons

Employees are expected to work towards goals. People content with status-quo, mediocrity is not accepted.
