      Pros

      I think the overall experience heavily depends on the projects and the department you work for. In my case, my colleagues were really friendly and I had a very good work-life balance.

      Cons

      The projects were not that interesting and challenging. Most of the time, in my projects, the weren't any Senior Developer I could learn from.

      humaner Chef, grösstenteils nette Mitarbeiter, gutes Arbeitsklima. Sehr konstruktive Zusammenarbeit auch zwischen Chefs und Mitarbeitern

      Arbeits Bedingungunen teilweise nicht eindeutig definiert, teilweise fehlende Struktur, tw. sehr einseitige Beurteilungen

      Astrum bietet ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld, flache Hierarchien, hauptsächlich nette Kollegen und Kolleginnen und man verspürt eine wertschätzende Haltung untereinander.

      Cons

      Arbeitsprozesse könnten teilweise besser strukturiert sein.
