The company has no clear strategy and focus on the future. due to this a lot of public money is wasted. Very often stupid and wrong decisions are made and rules are applied which usualy does not affect the management but the rest of the staff. There is a lot of stress and not a lot of structure. Some people feel they are better than the rest and claim higher advantages. Rooster behaviour and incomptecence of some directors and managers. Car policy and salary decrease. Ostrich policy. No real carreer opportunities or opportunities to grow as an individual. Departments working next to each other. General athmosphere
