      supervisors are not qualified and do a terrible job at managing tasks. They retaliate with no consequences. Clear targeting with no action from higher management

      Pros

      Building satellites is cool, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Most of the engineers and management live and work somewhere other than west Texas - do you blame them? Because of that, people who work there are treated like crap by the people who don't live and work there. Senior management, with a couple of exceptions, sucks up and punches down. Also, there is a subtle bias against people who speak English as their primary language.
