      High potential project, monthly stipend, 401 k, moving bonus, shares options

      Cons

      No career development, Micro Management, the project always is in rush schedule. The engineering team work in average more than 45 h including weekends most of the time without extra compensation.

      Pros

      Building satellites is cool, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn new things.

      Cons

      Most of the engineers and management live and work somewhere other than west Texas - do you blame them? Because of that, people who work there are treated like crap by the people who don't live and work there. Senior management, with a couple of exceptions, sucks up and punches down. Also, there is a subtle bias against people who speak English as their primary language.
