This place has became dreadful to work at over the recent year. Large amounts of inertia experienced with no direction, and when changes are made they are all based on profits and cutting cost. No support from management and don't even think about going to HR or higher management who were once a helpful group, now are without direction. Maybe I should start smoking so I can join the GM's boy group. Terrible
