1st week you will settle in. 2nd week you will already be reaching out to your old employer for your old job back. You will realize very soon that the only way to have a tolerable experience here is to accept way more than what your job responsibilities are and to agree with everything that is said in meetings. CEO has his favorites and goodluck if you aren't one of those 3 people who are. Some employees works on their personal brand on the clock but will reach out to you multiple times relentlessly to update your to do list.
