      Strong Leadership Team Flexible working arrangements (Hybrid/Remote Work and Compressed Work Weeks) Great people managers Provides lunch a few times a month "ACE Team" plans monthly, quarterly, and annual events (Lunch N Learns, Social Events, Braves Game Outings, Holiday Parties, etc.) Big focus on employee recognition Business is doing really well
