The pay rate...only 1 time .50 cent raise, none afterwards for counselors at least. They seem to hire anybody with a clean record, hs diploma and availabilityto work a few hours in the middle of the day 5 days a week. Depending on the site/school, some directors/counselors worth ethnic is crap.
