Pros
Laid back work culture almost to a fault. Almost everyone is great to work with and the clear acknowledgment from management that life outside of work exists is fantastic
Cons
Poor to non-existant career development for people at all levels within the company. Some people seem to suffer from lack of training to the point of creating incompetence despite them being smart.
