      Pros

      I loved the atmosphere and people that I worked with, everyone was helpful, and would share whatever knowledge or time they had to assist you in your job. It is a very team-oriented environment, no one is hoarding knowledge to make themselves look better.

      Cons

      Because of the nature of service work, you MUST find busy work when there is no machine that needs attention. This can get wearying when there is very little to research and you are expected to look productive at all times.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
