      Pros

      Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Good work culture. Very nice managers and colleagues. Everyone is well educated and is helpful.

      Cons

      Salary is very low compared to competitors and compares to onsite location. Not too challenging. Hire mostly engineers with PhDs or Master's degrees to do very simple tasks that don't require that much education which makes it frustrating and quite frankly less exciting. Job/Salary progression very slow.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
