Pros
ASML is an excellent place to work. Challenging, innovative, collaborative and good people. Pay is very competitive, where you are rewarded for working hard. For the first time in my career, I’ve no reason to want to work anywhere else. ASML ticks all the boxes.
Cons
(This is a pro for me..) Not for people who want to do the bare minimum.
