      High salary with yearly bonus usually paying more than expected. 15 vacation days per year with roll over. 10 sick days per year plus roll over. Christmas break shutdown fully paid without requiring PTO usage.

      Cons

      Field site can have resourcing challenges. Customer support is very demanding and pressure can be intense.
