      Pros

      There are so many things other than work you can learn at ASML. Company is very encourages employee to grow in different ways other than job. Here can also work with a lot of worldwide colleagues to learn the different culture.

      Cons

      Taiwan employees are doing things two times or more harder, but receive only 1/2 salary instead.

      Pros

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Cons

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
