      Pros

      Very good Salary for 12hrs 3/3 shift engineer. If not shift engineer, Salary would be slightly better than ordinary companies, you can go home on time and enjoy the time with your family.

      Cons

      Salary growth rate is not bad among the companies in Japan. But if you compare it with the other country's offices of ASML, it could be the worst growth rate.
