In some position, employee can really get a good work life balance. Payment is slightly above average. Company is growing so more opportunities come out.

Cons

Most of the position has no work life balance especially in customer support department. These position needs to work under high pressure from customer. Organization expends too fast to have enough experienced colleagues to lead the operation on trail.

Pros

Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

Cons

Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
