Pros
One, ehe company is on the cutting edge. ASML is constanly pusihing the baondary, so you will constantly be challenged to find better ways to solve new and old problems. Two, the company has good pay, and is very stable. ASML has consistent growth, even when other companies don't (Covid). This means that the job is stable and there are always bonuses.
Cons
The company is very corporate. If you are looking for a very tight group of coworkers who are solving problems mutually like a start up, ASML is not the place. ASML solves hard problems using rigid process. It is professional, but not very social. There are clubs you can join but the atmosphere does not promote coworkers becoming friends.
