      In general, the work is quite interesting and challenging. The work culture is good and hierarchy is low. Top management as well as the works council is caring towards employees.

      Cons

      People’s development is not very structured and criteria vary significantly in different departments or groups, and from time to time. Also, the managers responsible for people’s development are overburdened with technical responsibilities.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
