Pros
Compressed Schedule = longer weekends. Pay is adequate. Decent but not great benefits.
Cons
- Organization is a mess. - Middle Management is mostly incompetent with a few exceptions but those same incompetent managers seems to climb the ranks regardless of how poorly they do their job. - Pay is decent at first, but raises are very inadequate to keep up with inflation and cost of living, especially in Hillsboro where it is very expensive to live. - Lots of micromanagement
