      Pros

      ASML offers tremendous room for growth. With different departments and positions and an our ever-expanding hierarchy of roles, opportunity for growth and challenge is available. Essentially an intern could work and potentially advance in time into a role of greater responsibility or a management position.

      Cons

      ASML not well know in the US. Need to build a recognizable brand. Show the benefits of the products and the opportunities available.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
