      Pros

      Chance to work with multi-cultural background engineers. Get chance to travel other countries.

      Cons

      If you aren't dutch, you aren't much. Pay is low compare to other companies but surely they want you to work a lot. Benefit is very poor and it's keep getting worse. HR is a disaster and not sure what they do.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
