      This position provides a wide view of applications, great for gaining experience. Diverse background of colleagues with multiple viewpoints and agreeableness. Plenty of flexibility in worktime and holidays.

      Cons

      Compensation does not reflect the wide responsibility, glass ceiling comes pretty early. Compared to how well the company is doing, it is not reflected in individual compensation packages.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
